Hilda Myers-Reeves, Assistance Secretary

Hilda Myers‑Reeves is a seasoned program professional with more than 12 years of experience with TAPFIN and its subsidiary organization. Throughout her career, she has supported major client engagements including RCCL, Adjunct, All Scripts, Pfizer, and the State of South Carolina. Her work across TAPFIN, MCI, and Equifax has strengthened her expertise in operational management, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving in complex environments-skills that directly support effective governance and oversight.

Hilda's professional background makes her especially well‑suited for service on the Housing Authority of Clayton County (HACC) Board. Her experience managing large‑scale programs has given her a deep understanding of organizational processes, compliance expectations, and the importance of accountability. She brings a steady, solutions‑oriented approach to board work, along with the ability to evaluate information, support strategic decisions, and ensure that community‑focused initiatives are executed with integrity. These strengths align closely with the responsibilities of the Assistant Secretary, where attention to detail, clear communication, and reliable administrative leadership are essential.

She holds an undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.

A native of North Carolina, Hilda has lived in Hampton, Georgia for 20 years with her husband, Galen. She is active in community affairs and board leadership and currently serves as Assistant Secretary of the Housing Authority of Clayton County (HACC). Outside of her professional and civic work, she enjoys tennis, gardening, and fishing.
