A Message for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Welcome to the Housing Authority of Clayton County (HACC)!
We're proud to serve a dynamic region just south of Atlanta-home to Hartsfield-Jackson International, the world's busiest airport, located primarily in Clayton County, "Where the World Lands and Opportunities Take Off."
HACC was established to be a driving force in the development of high-quality single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use housing throughout the county. As a service-oriented organization, we are committed to upholding HUD's Decent, Safe, and Sanitary (DSS) Housing Quality Standards while advancing community revitalization through homeownership, development, and rehabilitation.
As we continue to build development incentives and launch programs that help residents remain in their homes, we've made meaningful progress. Through partnerships with public, private, faith-based, and nonprofit organizations, we've delivered housing solutions, financial assistance, and home repair programs that reflect the evolving needs of Clayton County residents. Our goal is to expand housing options for individuals and families across a range of income levels while creating pathways to homeownership, financial literacy, and long-term stability.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on strategic collaboration-with developers, civic leaders, community organizations, and residents-to shape thriving neighborhoods, one community at a time. Our programs will continue to provide education, counseling, and resources that empower residents and support wealth-building through homeownership.
As HACC's Chief Executive Officer, I'm honored to lead this organization and contribute to the exciting transformation taking place in Clayton County. Our success is powered by the dedication of our staff, the leadership of our commissioners, and the strong partnerships we've built across the region-with the County, its seven cities, the Atlanta Regional Commission, Aerotropolis Atlanta, MARTA, local CIDs, financial institutions, contractors, the Housing Task Force, and other community stakeholders.
We're energized by the momentum we've created and the opportunities ahead. Through teamwork, innovation, and a shared commitment to those we serve, we will continue to meet challenges and deliver on our mission.
