The Housing Authority of Clayton County is growing! We are excited to introduce our newest team member, who will be stepping into a vital role within our development and homeownership portfolio.

Shan Jackson is the Housing Development Project Manager for the Housing Authority of Clayton County, where she leads initiatives to expand affordable housing opportunities and strengthen community development across the county. In this role, Shan works closely with developers, public agencies, and community stakeholders to identify, finance, and deliver high-quality housing solutions that meet the needs of Clayton County residents.
With a strong focus on strategic partnerships and innovative funding approaches, Shan supports the development pipeline from concept to completion by helping to bring new housing projects to life, while ensuring alignment with local priorities and federal housing programs. Her work centers on increasing housing access, leveraging public and private investment, and advancing equitable growth throughout the region.
Shan is committed to building sustainable communities and creating pathways to homeownership and housing stability for families in Clayton County.
