We're excited to introduce Develop Clayton, the official Doing Business As (DBA) name of the Housing Authority of Clayton County.

This evolution represents more than a new name. It reflects our growing commitment to economic and community development, stronger neighborhoods, housing stability, homeownership opportunities, and partnerships that help Clayton County thrive.

As Develop Clayton, we are building on the work already underway while expanding how we serve and connect our community. From Rent and Mortgage Payment Assistance (RAMP) and the Develop Clayton Home Repair Program (HRP) to new initiatives such as From Renting to READY - Pathway to Homeownership and Roots & Renewal, we are creating new pathways for residents, families, neighborhoods, and communities to prosper.

And we're just getting started.

Our new logo, website, and additional brand updates are currently in development, and we look forward to sharing them as we continue this transformation. We are also strengthening our connections with Clayton County, our cities, local businesses, community organizations, and other partners whose work contributes to the progress happening throughout our county.

Our name is changing. Our reach is growing. Our commitment remains strong.
